Junior HR Analyst

About the role

The Junior HR Analyst supports the Human Resources team by handling administrative processes and maintaining accurate employee records. This entry‑level position provides day‑to‑day assistance with onboarding, status updates, documentation and basic HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality.
• Provide first‑level support for general HR inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Manage new‑hire data entry, audit accuracy, and handle termination processes.
• Participate in onboarding activities, track training attendance and maintain related records.
• Support performance‑review scheduling, recognition programs and maintain improvement plans.
• Assist in planning and executing HR projects and events such as benefits enrollment and employee recognition.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or technical degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• English–Spanish proficiency at B2 level (80 % or higher).
• No prior work experience required; HR internships are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Interest in HR information systems and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site with potential hybrid schedule after training.
