Junior Client Success Specialist (Account Management)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Client Success Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. This hybrid position blends account management, sales, and customer support, allowing you to nurture high‑value client relationships while driving engagement and growth. You will work exclusively with inbound leads provided by the client, interacting through live chat, email, and WhatsApp.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value clients.
• Handle 50–100 inbound leads daily, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across chat, email, and WhatsApp.
• Identify upselling opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Track interactions and performance using an in‑house CRM system.
• Maintain organized records and follow structured workflows.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or client‑facing roles.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• High school diploma or currently enrolled university student.
• Strong proactivity, communication, and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Tech‑savvy with strong system adaptability.
