Junior Bilingual Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Bilingual Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team in Costa Rica. The role is ideal for candidates with some recruitment or HR experience who are eager to develop their career in a fast‑paced consulting environment serving international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the recruitment team throughout all hiring stages, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct prescreening calls with candidates in both English and Spanish.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Publish and update job postings on multiple recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, reports and recruitment trackers.
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Contribute to additional Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (completed or in progress).
• Minimum B2 English proficiency and native or fluent Spanish.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing or HR‑related roles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a detail‑oriented, proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work well in a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Microsoft Teams.
