Junior Associate Financial Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Associate Financial Accountant to join Re:Sources, the shared services hub of Publicis Groupe. The role supports the finance team with month‑end close activities, intercompany reconciliations and financial reporting for US‑based entities, ensuring compliance with group policies and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing tasks in line with departmental timelines.
• Prepare and post moderate‑complexity journal entries for assigned USMT entities.
• Update and maintain financial reports as part of the monthly closing process.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and investigate related‑party transaction discrepancies.
• Prepare Financial Monitoring Controls (FMC) and upload them to the Blackline system.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing accurate documentation.
• Participate in special projects such as process improvements and other organizational initiatives.
