About the role

TopXteriors, a leading provider of high‑end architectural exterior finishes, is looking for a dynamic Field Operations Manager to plan, coordinate and supervise the execution, logistics and delivery of projects across Costa Rica. You will be the visible face of the brand to clients and the technical guarantor that every work is delivered with the highest quality, on schedule and under strict standards.

Key responsibilities

• Research and implement continuous technical improvements in construction materials such as sealants, varnishes, anticorrosives, fasteners and welding processes.
• Review detailed plans and verify on‑site measurements before execution.
• Coordinate timely material procurement with the purchasing department for each project.
• Audit and evaluate subcontracted crews, ensuring only top‑market teams are engaged.
• Supervise the correct installation of decks, pergolas, siding and other exterior finishes according to TopXteriors’ excellence standards.
• Manage site logistics, negotiate work schedules, sanitary facilities, storage zones, electrical connections and waste disposal protocols with clients.
• Create and maintain a mandatory photographic record of each project in four stages (pre‑start, start, during, completion).
• Collaborate with Marketing by providing high‑quality audiovisual material and identify cross‑selling opportunities during field inspections.

Required profile

• Dynamic, rigorous and technically oriented professional with a strong vision for operational excellence.
• Proven experience in supervising construction projects and managing field crews.
• Excellent attention to detail, punctuality and professional conduct on site.
• Strong communication skills to serve as the single authorized point of contact between TopXteriors and clients.
