About the role

We are looking for a Logistics and Purchasing Manager to plan, direct and supervise the logistics area of the organization. The role aims to optimise operational and technological processes related to procurement, storage and distribution, ensuring efficient, cost‑effective operations and high quality supply of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warehouse inventory operations, ensuring custody, preservation and availability while maintaining optimal stock levels, rotation and fill‑rate according to defined KPIs and internal client needs.
• Design and maintain an efficient, transparent and responsible procurement system that optimises resources to meet organisational objectives.
• Develop the annual logistics plan, aligning work programmes with strategic timelines and results.
• Oversee negotiations covering country of origin, international purchase and sale terms, payment conditions, delivery times, international transfer data and tax exemption processes.
• Control budget and analyse risks, monitoring compliance, identifying P&L impacts and creating mitigation plans.
• Track performance indicators and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Manage and optimise supplier relationships, ensuring quality, guarantees, cost, lead times and services align with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Customs Administration or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in a similar logistics or purchasing role.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Experience in inventory management and international trade.
• Experience planning operations, monitoring performance and negotiating with internal clients.
• Strong knowledge of import procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
