About the role
We are seeking an IT Technician I to provide first‑line technical support to end users. The role involves maintaining hardware, software and network services while delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer and peripheral issues for end users.
- Install, configure, update and maintain Windows computers and related devices.
- Perform basic Microsoft 365 and Active Directory tasks such as user account creation, password resets and permission changes.
- Troubleshoot connectivity problems involving IP, DNS, DHCP and network access.
- Log, track and follow up on support tickets, escalating complex cases when needed.
- Communicate technical information clearly and professionally to non‑technical users.
Required profile
- Technical degree or studies in IT, Systems Engineering, Networking or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or help‑desk environment.
- Strong analytical abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals are advantageous.

- Windows operating system administration.
- Microsoft 365 administration.
- Active Directory user management.
- Basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Ticketing system usage.
