IT Systems & Support Administrator (Level 2)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled IT Systems & Support Administrator (Level 2) to deliver frontline technical support and manage Microsoft 365 environments for a portfolio of over 800 endpoints. The role blends hands‑on troubleshooting with system administration, requiring strong customer service and the ability to automate routine tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full user lifecycle: onboarding, off‑boarding, licensing, device provisioning and asset tracking.
• Serve as the primary contact for support tickets, phone and email requests, resolving hardware, software, networking and cloud issues.
• Administer multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, including Intune, Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Defender and Purview.
• Monitor and maintain 800+ endpoints via an RMM platform, handling deployment, patching, software distribution and retirement.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive administrative tasks.
• Support network infrastructure, particularly UniFi equipment, and troubleshoot VPN, cloud storage and line‑of‑business applications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration or MSP environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for non‑technical users.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Intune, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Defender, Purview).
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platforms.
• Endpoint management and device lifecycle handling.
• Network troubleshooting, UniFi infrastructure, VPN and cloud storage.
