IT Support Analyst – On‑site & Remote Support

About the role

WPP is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide reliable, modern technology solutions to employees, agencies, and visiting clients. You will join a global Technology Operations team, delivering both on‑site and remote support while helping the organisation transition to cloud‑based services and digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional on‑site IT support to WPP staff, agencies and clients.
• Provide remote assistance to regional offices as required.
• Maintain deskside operations, meeting‑room AV equipment and standard technology services.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including account administration and asset handling.
• Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents, escalating complex issues to Infrastructure or Management teams.
• Log all engagements in the ticketing system for reporting and performance tracking.
• Support user and office relocations, hardware/software deployments and warranty replacements.
• Oversee IT asset procurement, inventory and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to the Service Desk knowledge base and collaborate with global IT functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering on‑site and remote IT support.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with the ability to build relationships with business users.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, global environment.
• Attention to detail for accurate ticket logging and asset tracking.
