IT Security Senior Project Manager

About the role

UST is seeking an experienced Senior Information Security Project Manager to lead multiple global initiatives. The role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes, cyber‑security project delivery, and the creation of reporting and dashboard solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and summarise project data on phases, tasks, duration, resources and costs.
• Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets and resource assignments.
• Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders, business units and development teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Facilitate communication, schedule status meetings and resolve issues promptly.
• Define deliverables, review processes, quality criteria and scope management procedures.
• Build time estimates, maintain project schedules and address scheduling challenges.

Required profile

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ years managing cyber/information security projects.
• Strong knowledge of IAM lifecycle processes and global migrations.
• Experience with Google Sec Ops platform and reporting/dashboard development.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, Jira and Agile methodologies.
