IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join its fully remote talent acquisition team. You will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the broader recruiting function, ensuring that pre‑vetted technical candidates are matched quickly and efficiently to ongoing business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source, review, and filter candidates in the talent pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Write candidate summaries, edit resumes, and present profiles to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage end‑to‑end vetting from the client side, ensuring timely placement and revenue optimization.
• Communicate regularly with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams to align expectations and progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bonus: prior exposure to the IT industry or a technical background.
