About the role
The IT Consultant IV will act as a strategic advisor, aligning stakeholders and driving the implementation of business initiatives and projects across multiple functional areas.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment, buy‑in, and coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and document complex business, process, and system requirements, including business cases and ROI analysis.
- Manage complex project components, including resource planning, risk mitigation, and change‑management activities.
- Perform data analyses to support business initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, or related fields (or a Master’s degree with three years of experience).
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts to senior audiences.
- Experience with vendor management, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement practices.
