IT Applications Engineer IV - M365 Development and Automation

About the role

We are looking for an IT Applications Engineer IV who will drive the design, development and automation of Microsoft 365 solutions. The role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring secure, resilient and high‑volume cloud applications.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into detailed program designs, code modules and stable application systems.
• Leverage DevOps practices together with Waterfall and Agile methodologies to deliver cloud‑based, multi‑channel solutions.
• Provide technical recommendations that meet design and functional needs and support component integration testing (CIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Lead incident support and troubleshooting for both complex and routine issues, coordinating resources and escalating high‑priority risks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Business Analysts, internal customers and third‑party vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Maintain documentation, perform unit testing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an individual contributor in IT application development and automation.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, Agile and Waterfall development lifecycles.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, influence technical decisions and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting incident resolution and testing phases (CIT, UAT).
• Commitment to self‑development and knowledge sharing.
