IT Applications Engineer IV - M365 Development and Automation

About the role

This position is an individual contributor role focused on translating business requirements and functional specifications into robust software solutions. The engineer will work within the IT Engineering family, leveraging both DevOps and traditional Waterfall/Agile practices to deliver secure, high‑volume, cloud‑based applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver resilient multi‑channel cloud solutions aligned with business needs.
• Partner with Business Analysts to convert requirements into physical program designs and stable code modules.
• Lead incident support and troubleshooting for complex and routine issues.
• Support component integration testing (CIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), including triage, fixes, and documentation.
• Identify and define interfaces, methods, parameters, and procedures required for technical solutions.
• Coordinate resources, ensure adherence to procedures, and collaborate cross‑functionally to meet project priorities and deadlines.
