Internal Auditor

About the role

DHL Group is seeking a motivated Internal Auditor to join its Corporate Internal Audit team in Heredia, Costa Rica. You will work within a global network of auditors, supporting finance and compliance functions across DHL Express, Global Forwarding, Supply Chain and eCommerce divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and document cross‑divisional finance audit assignments.
• Conduct opening and closing meetings, interview stakeholders and perform data‑analysis and audit testing.
• Collect, analyze and record audit evidence in line with audit programs.
• Prepare high‑quality audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Follow up on implementation of agreed action plans from prior audits.
• Assist the Audit Manager with audit preparation, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
