Intermediate Testing Analyst

About the role

The Intermediate Testing Analyst works independently on a variety of testing initiatives, primarily focusing on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software quality assurance. The role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that applications meet functional and performance standards before production rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases and scripts in collaboration with project managers and end‑users.
• Conduct functional, regression and integration tests to verify that systems meet specified standards.
• Identify defects, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate retesting after corrections.
• Document test results, evaluate outcomes and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple testers and communicate findings to development teams.
• Participate in test strategy meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies.

Required profile

• Intermediate‑level professional with solid analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret business and functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Strong communication and diplomacy skills for exchanging complex or sensitive information.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams.
