Integration Engineer – iPaaS & AI Platform Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations across key enterprise systems. The role focuses on using Dell Boomi and other iPaaS platforms to connect SQL Server, NetSuite, Salesforce, ADP, and emerging AI services such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Dell Boomi or comparable iPaaS tools.
• Build and maintain integrations between SQL Server, NetSuite, Salesforce, ADP, and other enterprise applications.
• Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and workflow automation across systems.
• Support integration of enterprise AI platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, other LLM APIs) into internal workflows.
• Manage API keys, tokens, and credentials following security best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, security, and architecture teams to enforce governance and compliance.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for integrations, processes, and data flows.

Required profile

• 1–3+ years of experience in integration, application development, or related IT roles.
• Hands‑on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with an integration platform such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in integration environments.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and relational databases.
