Inside Sales Executive – Digital Payments & Premium Financing

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will focus on generating new business for digital payment and retail premium‑financing solutions within the insurance sector. Working primarily with retail insurance agents in a defined territory, you will build relationships, qualify leads and close deals to grow the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage retail insurance agencies to open doors for digital payment and premium‑financing services.
• Conduct daily outreach via phone and email, qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Stay informed on industry trends and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to execute growth strategies using the CRM system.
• Report pipeline progress and results to the Business Development Manager on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hunter sales, account executive or business development role, preferably in premium financing or insurance.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead‑generation and sales quotas.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency – HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
