Industrial Engineer II

About the role

The Industrial Engineer II drives operational excellence by leading and supporting industrial engineering and Lean initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. The role focuses on improving productivity, quality, capacity, labor utilization and cost performance through data‑driven analysis and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable solutions that optimize people, equipment, materials, information and space.
• Conduct time studies, line balancing, capacity analysis and other process improvement activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (medical device, pharma, biotech, electronics) is preferred.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing methodology and Six Sigma concepts.
• Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
