Inbound Sales Representative – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be the first voice families hear when they reach out to Meadow. You’ll guide them through cremation options with empathy and clarity, helping them make confident decisions without pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads via phone, text and email, providing clear information and compassionate support.
• Guide families through the sales process, ensuring follow‑up when additional time is needed.
• Manage returning leads to prevent any family from falling through the cracks.
• Contribute to queue coverage and support workflows that improve overall customer experience.
• Achieve performance targets while maintaining high conversion and quality scores.
• Use Meadow’s tech stack – HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack and the internal case‑management system – efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience, preferably over the phone, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong sales instincts and the ability to steer live conversations toward confident decisions.
• Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
