Sales Development Representative

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and fuel the sales pipeline. You will identify prospective customers, qualify leads, and work closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through high‑volume outbound prospecting (60+ calls per day, email outreach, and sales engagement tools).
• Qualify leads by uncovering business needs, decision‑makers, budget, timelines, and fit with TD SYNNEX solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, schedule discovery meetings, and hand off qualified opportunities to sales representatives.
• Record all prospecting activities accurately in the CRM and track performance metrics such as calls, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and vendor teams to execute campaigns and nurture early‑stage opportunities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or related customer‑facing roles.
• Strong outbound prospecting experience, including cold calling and email outreach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with HubSpot.
