About the role
Meadow is transforming the end‑of‑life care industry and needs a compassionate voice to guide families through cremation options. As an Inbound Sales Representative you will handle warm, inbound leads, providing clear, empathetic advice and closing sales in a single conversation whenever possible.
Key responsibilities
- Own inbound leads from first contact to close, following Meadow’s consultative playbook.
- Explain cremation services with clarity and care, helping families make confident decisions.
- Maintain a disciplined follow‑up rhythm across phone, text, and email to ensure no lead is missed.
- Achieve revenue targets while preserving high close rates and quality scores.
- Navigate Meadow’s tech stack, including HubSpot, Aircall, GSuite, Slack, and the internal case‑management system.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience.
- Strong written and spoken English; confident, empathetic communicator.
- Self‑driven, emotionally steady, and highly coachable.
- Ability to work independently and manage a consistent follow‑up cadence.
- Home office that meets Meadow’s technical requirements.
Required skills
- HubSpot (or comparable CRM such as Salesforce, Zoho).
- Aircall.
- Google Workspace (GSuite).
- Slack.
