Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise‑level IAM solutions. The role combines deep security expertise with automation and engineering to deliver scalable, secure identity services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain IAM platforms such as Okta and Azure AD.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
• Integrate applications using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, and related protocols.
• Automate user lifecycle management, build workflows, scripts, and APIs.
• Implement RBAC, least‑privilege, and zero‑trust controls and support compliance initiatives (SOX, HIPAA, PCI, ISO).
• Partner with InfoSec to monitor identity‑related threats and respond to incidents.
• Serve as SME for IAM incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and lead long‑term fixes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on IAM engineering or security experience.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication abilities.

Required skills

• SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos, MFA protocols.
• IAM platforms: Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint.
• Scripting/automation: PowerShell, Python, REST APIs.
• Active Directory, cloud IAM (Azure), privilege management solutions.
