Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Process Expert (Human Resources Specialist) will oversee high‑volume employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accurate application of complex HR policies. Working onsite Monday‑Friday, the role collaborates closely with HR, Compensation, Recruitment, managers and employees to deliver a world‑class employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process large volumes of employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations and related transactions.
• Interpret and apply complex HR policies consistently across all employee situations.
• Coordinate with Compensation, Recruitment, line managers and other HR partners to resolve issues and maintain data integrity.
• Provide timely, high‑quality support to employees and managers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
