HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to manage daily HR operations for Bill Gosling Outsourcing Corp., a global outsourcing leader. The role will support employee relations, payroll, recruitment and policy administration across our locations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Process payroll transactions, including promotions, transfers, bonuses, commissions, and coordinate with payroll vendors.
• Conduct recruitment activities: posting vacancies, interviewing candidates, performing reference and background checks, and extending offers.
• Provide orientation and onboarding training for new hires.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, labor relations, and compliance with local legislation.
• Review, revise, and update company policies to align with global and local standards.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and champion company core values.
• Handle terminations in accordance with country‑specific legislation.
• Support health and safety compliance and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in generalist HR functions, including employee relations, payroll, and recruitment.
• Knowledge of local labor legislation and health & safety regulations.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills to provide HR guidance to business units.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and payroll systems.
