HR Contact Center Advisor – Temporary

About the role

Intel is seeking a temporary HR Contact Center Advisor to be the first point of contact for current and former employees in the Americas region. You will engage with employees through chat, email, and phone, investigating and resolving HR‑related questions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR support contact for employees in the Americas.
• Handle inquiries via chat, email, and phone, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution.
• Research relevant HR guidelines and keep employees informed throughout the process.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain a caring approach for employees during all interactions.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, customer engagement, and collaboration.

Required profile

• Customer‑service orientation with empathetic support.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and attention to detail.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or 2+ years experience in lieu of a degree).
• At least 1 year of contact‑center experience and 1 year of HR shared‑services experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
