HOA Violations & Compliance Intern

About the role

Amherst is hiring an HOA Violations & Compliance Intern in Costa Rica. The intern joins the HOA & Municipalities team, which helps keep properties compliant with community standards while delivering a positive resident experience. The position suits an organized, detail-oriented university student seeking hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and track HOA violation notices using Salesforce.
• Monitor deadlines and coordinate with internal teams to resolve violations.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
• Support reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Real Estate or a related field.
• Active university student.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• English proficiency of B2+ or above.
• U.S. dollar (USD) bank account available for stipend payments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus.
