About the role

The Head of Workplace Engineering and Architecture will lead the transformation of Fujitsu's Global Delivery Unit towards a Future Mode of Operation. This senior position oversees service delivery for VDI, Microsoft 365, and Cloud Service Architecture, ensuring alignment with global automation, AI, and follow‑the‑sun strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of VDI, M365, and CSA services across multiple Global Delivery Centers.
• Plan resources, staffing, and budgets; develop cost estimates and control mechanisms.
• Implement strategies to improve service quality, competitiveness, and automation adoption.
• Drive career development, succession planning, and talent management for the engineering team.
• Coordinate a one‑standard approach across all locations, leveraging AI techniques and follow‑the‑sun operations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in workplace engineering, digital workplace, or hybrid IT environments.
• Strong background in managing large‑scale, global service delivery teams.
• Deep knowledge of VDI, Microsoft 365, and Cloud Service Architecture.
• Experience with automation, AI integration, and budgeting in a multinational context.
