Head of Product, Activities & Provider Experience

About the role

Silvestre, a boutique luxury residence in Nosara, Costa Rica, is seeking a Head of Product to lead its Activities & Provider Experience function. You will design and manage the portfolio of guest activities, ensuring every experience meets the brand’s high‑end standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, curate and continuously improve Silvestre’s full range of guest activities, from surf coaching to wellness programs.
• Scout, vet and negotiate exclusive agreements with local providers, securing preferred pricing and luxury‑level service.
• Monitor provider performance, enforce quality standards, and build long‑term partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with Front Desk and Travel Designer teams to align activities with guest itineraries.
• Handle light concierge duties, matching guests with the right experience at the right moment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or luxury product management, preferably with vendor or provider networks.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on operational and guest needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, working alongside front‑office staff.
