Graphic & Visual Designer (Artwork Specialist)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Graphic & Visual Designer to act as an Artwork Specialist, responsible for preparing and delivering production‑ready artwork that meets brand, regulatory and printing specifications. The role collaborates closely with Marketing, Design, Regulatory Affairs, Packaging Development and external print suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare final production artwork for packaging, labels, promotional materials and marketing collateral.
• Convert creative designs into print‑ready files according to technical specifications and manufacturing requirements.
• Ensure artwork complies with corporate brand guidelines, regulatory standards and country‑specific labeling requirements.
• Review artwork for accuracy of text, graphics, dimensions, colors, barcodes, dielines and legal content.
• Manage version control and documentation throughout the artwork lifecycle.
• Coordinate approval workflows with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Liaise with printers and external suppliers to resolve technical production issues.
• Perform prepress verification and prepare files for offset, flexography, digital and gravure printing processes.
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries and artwork documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to artwork management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Prepress Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in artwork production, prepress or packaging artwork within a multinational environment.

Required skills

• Prepress file preparation and verification.
• Creation of print‑ready files for offset, flexography, digital and gravure printing.
• Knowledge of brand guidelines, regulatory labeling standards and artwork compliance.
• Version control and documentation management.
• Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external print suppliers.
