Graduate Development Program – Capability Rotation

About the role

This Graduate Development Program offers recent engineering graduates a fast‑track entry into Philips' manufacturing ecosystem. Over several rotations you will gain hands‑on experience in areas such as Manufacturing Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, Project Management, Process Engineering, Procurement, and Systems Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line engineering support on the production floor, troubleshooting manufacturing issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Assist with equipment installation, process ramp‑ups, and design‑change implementations.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimise processes, reduce waste and improve resource utilisation.
• Monitor tool, equipment and process performance after project hand‑overs to sustain operational excellence.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance, document manufacturing records and support equipment calibration activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Science or a related field.
• Maximum of 2 years of professional experience; internships or academic projects in manufacturing or supply‑chain environments are a plus.
• High energy, adaptability, innovation mindset and strong English communication skills.
• Interest in data‑driven decision making and continuous learning.
