Global Demand Planner

About the role

The Global Demand Planner will support Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s edge‑to‑cloud business by developing and managing demand plans that align with strategic objectives. Working in a hybrid model, you will spend part of your week on‑site at an HPE office and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data into actionable business plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex data and business analyses to create and refine demand forecasts.
• Build statistical and financial models that predict short‑term business performance.
• Define performance metrics, compare actual results to forecasts, and address gaps.
• Lead time‑sensitive market research projects and synthesize trends for planning decisions.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders throughout the planning cycle.
• Contribute to priority projects by delivering detailed analyses and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop plans based on historical and forecast data.

• Proven ability to solve complex business problems using subject‑matter expertise.
• Experience handling diverse and ambiguous situations with independent judgment.
• Capability to lead or coordinate team activities and facilitate decision‑making.
