Global Customer Support Project Manager

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Global Customer Support Project Manager to lead internal projects that span multiple regions and functions. This hybrid role combines strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder management to deliver high‑impact solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale, cross‑division projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Define and execute transformation strategies aligned with sponsor vision.
• Manage project financials, provide accurate forecasts, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Coordinate complex multi‑function and global relationships with senior and executive stakeholders.
• Oversee internal and external resources, typically managing teams of 20+ members across multiple regions.
• Provide performance reviews, development recommendations, and mentorship to project contributors.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in large, complex, global environments.
• Proven ability to manage high‑risk projects and deliver financial impact.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior executive level.
• Experience mentoring and developing project team members.
