About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring an exclusive, fast, and high‑quality service. The role focuses on meeting safety, quality, service, and commercial standards to achieve the organization’s goals.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of restaurant operations on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Maintain and improve service speed and quality to exceed guest expectations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Monitor commercial performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistent, high‑standard service.
