The Generalist Process Operator I supports production at a Cargill facility by operating equipment, handling bulk materials, and ensuring product quality. The role rotates across different work areas to meet production targets while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate mechanical machinery and technology tools in assigned production areas.
• Load and unload bulk materials, package products, and manage terminal operations.

• Record production and inventory data in computerized systems.
• Operate mobile powered equipment such as forklifts, skid loaders, sit‑down floor sweepers, and front‑end loaders.
