Full Stack Engineer – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and operate end‑to‑end solutions for our clients. You will receive business problems, propose architectures, implement them, and own the production lifecycle, working across U.S. Eastern and European time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop backend services, APIs, and data pipelines using Node.js and Python.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational data in SQL Server, including schema design and indexing.
• Build AI‑assisted contract analysis and data‑normalization features with the OpenAI API.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline, define “ready to deploy” criteria, and ensure releases are stable.
• Write integration and end‑to‑end tests that catch real failures.
• Set up production monitoring, alerting, and incident response on Azure.
• Collaborate with the foundational engineer and guide future team growth.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development with full‑stack experience.
• Proven ability to make independent architecture decisions and ship systems to production.
• Hands‑on DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Experience running services in production, including on‑call duties and incident handling.
• Fluent communication in English and Spanish.
