CRM Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled CRM Development Manager to lead the design, development, and optimisation of our Salesforce platform. This senior role combines hands‑on technical leadership with strategic oversight to deliver scalable, high‑performing CRM solutions for global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, and make architecture decisions to ensure scalability, performance and security.
• Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and SOQL, and enforce best‑practice coding, testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage integrations with enterprise systems such as Marketo and other third‑party tools using REST, SOAP and middleware.
• Lead Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog grooming and release management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Continuously evaluate system performance, adopt new Salesforce releases and drive innovation such as AI‑driven CRM capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.

Required skills

• Salesforce (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL).
• Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration patterns.
• CI/CD tools and DevOps for Salesforce.
• Data architecture, security model and governor limits.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Marketo integrations.
