FP&A Manager – LATAM (GFS Americas)

About the role

AstraZeneca’s Global Financial Services (GFS) hub in San José is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead a team of analysts supporting the LATAM region. You will own monthly financial analysis, reporting, and planning cycles while continuously improving processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6‑7 analysts in delivering high‑quality financial analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate and consolidate data from multiple sources to produce accurate monthly and forecast reports.
• Manage the full planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with market stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet expectations and add strategic value.
• Act as subject‑matter expert and escalation point for both the team and market stakeholders.
• Support the FP&A Associate Director in achieving team and organizational objectives.
• Participate in special projects across GFS as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance or FP&A teams, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop people and foster a collaborative culture.
