Founding AI Agent Operator & Growth Lead

About the role

ActiveParks is looking for a founding hire to run and improve its AI research agents while building the company’s outreach engine. This is a hands‑on, remote position where you will own both the technical and growth aspects of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and iteratively improve existing AI research agents that deliver daily data to customers.
• Develop automation and enhancements to reduce manual oversight of the agents.
• Take over LinkedIn outreach, craft messaging, and scale the sales pipeline from scratch.
• Identify and prototype tools that can automate parts of the outreach process.

Required profile

• Passionate about AI coding tools and spends personal time experimenting with them.
• Comfortable working in a terminal environment and handling command‑line workflows.
• Self‑motivated, opinionated, and able to challenge the founder constructively.
• Aspiring entrepreneur who wants to learn how to run a company.
• Strong data‑analysis mindset.
