Finance Analyst – Operations Finance

About the role

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its Operations Finance team. The role provides financial and analytical support to manufacturing, supply chain, and finance leadership, ensuring accurate reporting and informed decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities.
• Develop financial models and ad‑hoc analyses for business decisions and operational initiatives.
• Partner with Operations Finance leadership to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and process monthly customer invoices for Time & Materials projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile project costs to source systems prior to invoicing and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor unbilled receivables, track billing schedules, and provide required documentation to customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or operations finance.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems.
• Financial modeling and budgeting.
• Billing administration and month‑end close processes.
