About the role
Abbott offers a Finance/Accounting Internship within its Operations department in Costa Rica. The internship provides meaningful, hands‑on experience for students who have demonstrated strong academic performance and leadership potential.
Key responsibilities
- Support finance activities across manufacturing plants and support function locations.
- Collaborate with finance co‑workers and business partners on analytical tasks and problem‑solving projects.
Required profile
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (3rd year or higher) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Strong academic record and proven leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Advanced English proficiency and strong analytical attention to detail.
- Availability to work on‑site in Coyol, Alajuela.
