Expansion Associate – Student Chapter Development

About the role

MEDLIFE is seeking an Expansion Associate to grow its network of student‑led chapters across universities and schools in Latin America and the Philippines. The role is fully remote and focuses on identifying, engaging and supporting enthusiastic student leaders who want to launch MEDLIFE chapters on their campuses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective student leaders through calls, video meetings, email and social media outreach.
• Conduct information sessions, webinars and one‑on‑one presentations about the MEDLIFE chapter model.
• Guide students through each step of the chapter creation process, from application to launch.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, faculty members and student organisations.
• Generate new opportunities via referrals, networking and partnership development.
• Support students participating in MEDLIFE programs and Service‑Learning trips.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (C1‑C2).
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and able to juggle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Based in Latin America or the Philippines.
• Experience in sales, recruitment, fundraising, customer success, education or volunteer management is a plus.
