About the role
We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Digital Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across major platforms, with a strong emphasis on performance and lead generation.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital media campaigns for clients.
- Optimize campaigns continuously to improve performance and ROI.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Generate and refine lead acquisition tactics.
- Analyze campaign results, identify growth opportunities, and report insights.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising or digital marketing agencies, specifically in paid media.
- Proven track record in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Up‑to‑date certifications or recent courses related to paid media and digital advertising.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Ads.
