Entry Level Software Developer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges to help improve model performance. The work is fully asynchronous and project‑based, ideal for developers looking for flexible, remote opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges.
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in one or more: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
