About the role
Bill Gosling Outsourcing is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Belen Heredia, Costa Rica, for an entry-level position. No previous call center experience is required.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
- Assist customers with questions and general inquiries
- Provide clear and professional information over the phone
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Follow established procedures and call flows
- Deliver a positive customer experience on every call
Required profile
- No previous call center experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- B2+ English level
- Customer-focused and positive attitude
