Enterprise Architect – Principal (P&C Insurance)

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for a hands‑on Principal Enterprise Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of its enterprise ecosystem for the Property & Casualty insurance domain. You will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring scalable, secure solutions built on .NET, React, and modern API design.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead Architecture Review Boards to evaluate and approve new solution designs.
• Standardize design patterns and ensure consistency across all applications.
• Oversee full‑stack development with .NET (C#) back‑ends and React front‑ends.
• Design and govern RESTful and event‑driven APIs for system interoperability.
• Modernize legacy systems using cloud‑native patterns and microservices.
• Implement Security‑by‑Design and ensure compliance with P&C insurance regulations.
• Drive AI‑assisted development, DevOps pipelines, and high code‑quality standards (SOLID, Clean Architecture, automated testing).
• Mentor senior developers and architects, translating technical roadmaps for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in large‑scale environments.
• Strong background in the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
