Engine Field Service Technician - Level II

About the role

We are looking for an Engine Field Service Technician – Level II to perform on‑site diagnostics and repairs on customer engines. The role combines hands‑on technical work with direct customer interaction to ensure timely and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

• Interact courteously and professionally with customers, anticipating their needs and delivering immediate service.
• Use specialized mechanical and electrical tools, following documented policies and procedures to diagnose and complete less‑complex engine repairs.
• Prepare required tools and parts before each service call.
• Perform preventive maintenance on engines and related components according to established schedules and standards.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
• Complete all required documentation, including service work orders, time sheets, warranty claims and quality records in the business system.
• Identify additional service opportunities during visits.
• Maintain tools and service vehicles in clean, functional condition.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety standards.
