About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Purchasing and Billing Manager to plan, coordinate and execute all procurement and invoicing processes. The role ensures timely acquisition of goods and services, accurate client invoicing, and supports administrative‑accounting tasks in line with internal quality, cost and time policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare purchase order confirmations based on inputs from services, engineering and commercial teams.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, selecting vendors based on quality, price and delivery time.
• Create purchase orders, obtain approvals and monitor material receipt against specifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of purchases, contracts, suppliers and performance evaluations.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Generate internal billing combos, issue client invoices and upload them to each client’s platform.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for order shipments and produce monthly billing closure reports.
• Support accounting with accounts‑payable invoice entry and billing closures.
• Arrange travel tickets, vehicle reservations and lodging for staff traveling abroad.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience as a Purchasing and Billing Manager.
• Proven experience negotiating with suppliers and handling administrative‑accounting controls.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing and experience with ERP or purchasing/billing systems.
• Diploma, technical or assistant degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.

What we offer

• Salary range: CRC 800,000 – 1,000,000 per month
• Full‑time schedule, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑6 pm
