Finance Specialist – Contract-to-Cash

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join BCG’s Shared Services team at the BCG Nexus office in Heredia, Costa Rica. The role supports financial management of client and case‑team portfolios across North America, handling the full contract‑to‑cash cycle and providing analysis to improve revenue and cash processes.

Key responsibilities

• Enable and execute efficient revenue and cash management operations for case teams and local Finance teams.
• Partner with the North America Region Controller Analysis team on initiatives to improve days sales outstanding (DSO) and client contract management.
• Set up and maintain client contracts in SAP, coordinating execution with multiple stakeholders.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, escalating aged cases to Commercial Finance at the 30‑day threshold.
• Support budget setup and ongoing reviews to align contract terms, staffing, and financial targets.

Required profile

• B.A./B.S. degree in accounting or finance (preferred) with at least 2 years of finance experience in collections and billing.
• Strong analytical proficiency and attention to detail in financial tracking and contract terms.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work varied hours and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
