About the role

We are looking for an operational leader with strong analytical abilities to oversee the outbound flow of goods at our Distribution Center. The role ensures that every shipment meets quality standards, correct documentation, and delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Control of Outbound: supervise technical inspection of pallets, verify quantities and product codes against the system before loading.
• Authorization of Dispatch: physically check orders and approve the creation of delivery guides for drivers.
• Quality Assurance: guarantee that loading complies with safety and sanitation norms, proper stowage, and no cross‑contamination.
• Incident Management: report anomalies, shortages, overages or location errors and apply corrective actions before the route departs.
• Team Leadership: manage performance of the operational team, ensuring efficiency, productivity and strict adherence to industrial safety rules.
• Continuous Improvement: contribute to KPI tracking and time‑study analyses to optimise warehouse processes.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of university studies in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Administration or related fields.
• At least 1‑2 years of experience in warehouse operations and a minimum of one year leading operational staff.
• Knowledge of inventory administration, logistic documentation (guides, invoices) and sanitation standards.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), handheld terminals and Microsoft Office.
